Stuart has a new laid-back male nanny, Hudson. When he has a play date with Zuri, Hudson and Jessie clash, so they stop the kids from seeing each other, Stuart and Zuri are upset and run away.
Jessie and Zuri discover Stuart is cooler than his old self, because he has a new laid-back "manny" (man+nanny) named Hudson. Having grown to like Stuart, Zuri resents being told not to see him by Jessie and get into an argument after throwing fireworks on the balcony, but after the argument, Zuri and Stuart run away together. Meanwhile, Jessie is being urged to team up with her rival, Hudson, to find Zuri and Stuart, but later discover that she is in the planetarium. Zuri is trapped after Stuart accidentally makes the movie too loud, so Jessie saves her from the falling objects. At the end, Hudson accidentally throws fireworks into the fireplace,so the penthouse becomes a fire scene with lots of firemen in it. Meanwhile, Ravi competes for the talent show, but Bertram wants him to sing and Luke wants him to break dance, but Ravi cannot do it. Even being an eagle wouldn't work out for him, so Ravi does cup-stacking at the event and wins the first-prize trophy.
