Vincent Liotta is a guest star in JESSIE. He is a stereotypical "bad boy" and the ex-boyfriend of Emma Ross. His first and only appearance is as the main antagonist in the episode, Badfellas. He is portrayed by Garrett Backstrom.

- Vincent is meant to serve as a high school parody of a gangster, similar to the characters in the movie Goodfellas, which the episode he appears in is partially inspired by.
- Vincent also shares the same last name as Ray Liotta, who portrayed Henry Hill, the main protagonist in Goodfellas.
- There is some speculation he is related to Rosie Liotta because of the shared surname.
- Considering his last name, Liotta, his family could be Italian.
