"The Trouble with Tessie" is the sixth episode in season two of JESSIE. It first aired on January 11, 2013.
Plot
Jessie meets Tony in the lobby and he shows her a 'Tessie' T-Shirt he made. He also says that it is time for Jessie to meet his family. Jessie is clearly unsure why he's acting so strange, until Tony shows Jessie an apartment that he rented. Jessie officially thinks that he was going to propose to her, and is acting strangly during the date. Jessie then learns that it was a total misunderstanding and he wasn't willing to get married for a couple of years. Meanwhile, Zuri's enemy from school hangs out around her home and is annoying her with an annoying crush. The boy builds Zuri a house inside the penthouse, and they go together on a date with Tony and Jessie.
Meanwhile, Emma and Bertram want to watch a program in the screening room, but Luke and Ravi want to watch another. They have a big argument over the room, but both pairs ending up getting trapped in their own ways.

Trivia
- The start of this episode is simmilar to the start of the Clearstime Babysitter episode, "Timothy...Who" how a random kid is found in the home and is doing his own thing.
- Stuart has two turtles, both named Zuri.
- Many TV descriptions mistake the name as "The Trouble with Jessie".
Goofs
- In Tempest in a Teacup, Jessie said that she "can't wait to meet Tony's family", but she probably meant it sarcasticly.
- She said Zuri & Me but the correct grammar would be Zuri & I.
- When Bertram trapped Luke and Ravi, he locked the door, but at the end when Zuri freed them, the door wasn't locked.
- At the begining of the episode, Stuart was having Pancakes for breakfast, and he didn't ask if it is gluten-free or not, since he has allergy, although he didn't actually eat from it.
