Samantha is a friendly woman. She comes off as nice and easy to talk to. She is also pretty helpful.

She was portrayed by Maia Madison.

History

In The Kid Whisperer, Samantha meets Jessie when she hears Jessie venting her feelings about Luke not listening to her. Samantha turns out to also be a nanny and gives Jessie some advice, telling her that she needs to buckle down on Luke and give him a reward when he does right. She tells Jessie some pretty helpful things and Jessie takes her advice. Later, when Jessie meets Samantha in the park again, she tells her how it worked out really well and thanks her. But Jessie soon finds out Samantha is a dog nanny when she brings her dog out to play with Luke, who she thought was also a dog.
