Parker Rooney was a main character on the show, Liv and Maddie, and a guest star on Jessie's Aloha-holidays with Parker and Joey. He is the youngest child of the family. Parker tends to be quite adventurous, mischievous, and courageous.

In Jessie’s Aloha Holidays with Parker and Joey, he is shown to be less smart than he is portrayed in Liv and Maddie. He asks Ravi what to do, while in Liv and Maddie he is shown to be very independent and usually not take orders from anyone.
