"Nanny in Miami" is the second part of the Austin & Jessie & Ally: All Star New Year hour long special and the first crossover of the hit Disney Channel series Austin & Ally overall and with the hit Disney Channel series, JESSIE. This episode is counted as a JESSIE episode. This is also the first crossover of the show. It aired on December 7, 2012.

Plot

After the big Times Square Performance, Austin, Ally, Trish, and Dez find themselves without money or any place to stay. When Jessie and the Ross kids agree to let them stay, Jessie finds herself a chance to have Austin record and sing one of her songs with her. But a songwriter mix up occurs when Austin & Jessie mistake Zuri's poem for Jessie's lyrics.

Goofs

• When Austin and the gang are talking after the concert, they complain how cold it is. But Austin's back-up dancers have no sleeves whatsoever.
• Team Austin had nowhere to stay but then where did they go the night before?
• At first, Jessie didn't agree to let Austin and the gang stay at the penthouse, she told Emma not to invite "strangers", yet she invited Angela, (Evil Times Two), and Chris Bosh, (Say Yes to the Messy Dress), who she didn't really know very well, to stay at the penthouse.
• The Times Square Ball is made up of color changing iron bars and is big enough to fit a human, but in real life, the ball is made up of Waterford Crystal triangles and is much shorter than the one on the show.
• In real life, the ball doesn't take ten seconds to reach the bottom, it technically takes one minute.
