Plot[]
Emma is working on a new project she calls a SCOBY. Luke makes fun of it, causing Emma to call Morgan's special effect crew to terrify Luke.
Jessie goes back to college only to find out that she is in the same class as Ravi. Jessie must read Moby Dick for her next assignment, but she then gets caught up in other people's crisis.
Elsewhere, Zuri brings Gladys, a giraffe home from Africa. Gladys starts becoming comfortable around Bertram, and she starts hanging out with him more than Zuri, making Zuri mad.
Bertram tells Luke that Emma was tricking him the whole time. Luke then pranks Emma with a fake giant version of her project and pretending he's being eaten. Afterwards Emma knocks him over then leaves. Luke realizes that he has to pee but is unable to get up as he is still in the Scoby costume, he then pees his pants.

Trivia[]
- Gladys the Giraffe shares the same name as the camp director in BUNK'D.
- Emma had a zit named Zelda.
- Jessie makes a reference to the series' plot when she tells Ravi that she got rejected from the role of a "redheaded Texas girl who moved to New York to become an actress".
- Ravi says Mrs. Kipling is "cuckoo for kimchi", a reference to Sonny the Cuckoo Bird's catchphrase, "I'm cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs!" from the Cocoa Puffs commercials.
- Professor Fisk's actor later starred on Henry Danger as Bill Evil.
Goofs[]
- In the first scene when they enter the classroom, there is writing on the chalkboard. When they sit down, the writing disappears.
- Luke says he doesn't even wear a watch, but in The Jessie-nator: Grudgement Day, he says that Zuri had stolen his watch.
- Gladys is able to fit into the building, which full grown giraffes are not able to do judging their size (unless Gladys is a full grown giraffe). She's also smaller than the size full grown giraffes usually get to. It is likely she's either still a baby or an adolescent.
